At Abar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship within Pakistan.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 150 applies to all orders, regardless of location within Pakistan.

4. Order Processing & Handling

  • All orders undergo quality checks before dispatch.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • We currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, you must provide proof for a refund or exchange.
  • Proof Requirement: Customers must record a video while unboxing the package to claim a refund or return for damaged products. Without video evidence, refund or replacement requests cannot be processed.
